严正声明：警惕冒用「方正证券（香港）」名义之非法平台
Solemn Statement: Vigilance Against Illegal Platforms Impersonating "Founder Securities (Hong Kong)"
致广大投资者 / To All Investors:
方正证券（香港）金融控股有限公司（以下简称「本司」）近日接获举报，有不法分子冒用本司及下属公司名义，通过名为**「方正资产管理（香港）金控」**的非法手机应用程式（APP），诱导投资者参与所谓的「海菲曼」、「固德电材」等虚假定增项目。
Founder Securities (Hong Kong) Financial Holding Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has recently received reports of unauthorized parties impersonating the Company and its subsidiaries. These parties are using a fraudulent mobile application named "Founder Asset Management (Hong Kong) Financial Holding" (方正资产管理（香港）金控) to induce investors into fictitious "Private Placement Projects" such as "Hifiman" and "Goodark Electronic Materials."
为保护投资者利益，本司特此声明如下： To protect the interests of investors, the Company hereby states as follows:
一、 澄清与核实 / Clarification and Verification
1 无任何关联 / No Affiliation: 上述「方正资产管理（香港）金控」APP、相关网址及所有投资项目，均非本司开发、营运或授权。本司与该平台及其运作主体不存在任何法律或业务关系。 The aforementioned APP, its related websites, and all investment projects are not developed, operated, or authorized by the Company. There is no legal or business relationship between the Company and the entities operating the said platform.
2 非法承诺 / Illegitimate Promises: 该平台承诺之「日收益率0.8%」及「保本保息」等内容纯属诈骗。本司严格遵守相关金融监管法规，从不提供此类非法回报承诺。 Promises of "0.8% daily returns" and "guaranteed principal" are fraudulent. The Company strictly complies with financial regulations and never offers such illegitimate return guarantees.
二、 官方渠道 / Official Channels
1 唯一官方途径 / Sole Official Route: 本司所有业务资讯及交易操作均仅通过官方网站（https://www.hkfoundersc.com）及受监管之官方软体进行。 All business information and trading operations are conducted exclusively through our official website (https://www.hkfoundersc.com) and regulated official software.
2 入金安全 / Deposit Security: 本司绝不会要求投资者将资金汇入任何个人银行账户、第三方私人支付工具（如微信、支付宝个人转账），或非本司名义之对公账户。 The Company will never request investors to remit funds into individual bank accounts, third-party private payment tools, or corporate accounts not held in the official name of the Company.
三、 法律追究 / Legal Prosecution
对于任何冒用本司名义、损害本司声誉及欺诈投资者的机构或个人，本司表示强烈谴责，并保留采取法律行动并追究其一切法律责任的权利。 The Company strongly condemns any institution or individual impersonating the Company or defrauding investors. The Company reserves the right to take legal action and pursue all legal liabilities against such parties.
四、 报警提示 / Reporting Procedures
若投资者已在上述非法平台遭受损失，请务必保留证据，立即向当地公安机关或监管部门报案。 If you have suffered financial loss through the aforementioned illegal platform, please preserve all evidence and immediately report the matter to your local public security authorities or regulatory bodies.
