换汇申请

客户可使用登记电邮，电邮至本公司客服电邮cs@hkfoundersc.com 通知换汇申请。

範例：

账户XXXXX，现需将账户内(X,XXX / 全部) 港元兑换为美元；或

现需将账户港元兑换为X,XXX美元。


汇率按银行即时报价


收到申请后，本公司将发送汇率至客户登记电邮。客户须确认同意该汇率并回复后，本公司方会处理换汇申请。

（请于下午4:00前回复）

如客户无需二次确认汇率，可于电邮中额外注明「无需二次确认汇率」。

Currency Exchange Request

Clients may submit currency exchange requests by emailing our customer service at cs@hkfoundersc.com using their registered email address.


Example Email Content:


Account No. XXXXX: Convert (X,XXX / all) HKD in the account to USD; or


Convert HKD in the account to USD X,XXX


Exchange Rate

Rates are based on real-time bank quotes.

Upon receipt, we will email the quoted rate to the registered email address. Processing will commence only after the client confirms agreement and replies.

(Reply by 4:00 PM HKT on the same day.)


If no rate confirmation is required, please state in the email: "No secondary rate confirmation needed."
